Welcome to my world!
I am an Engineering Physicist and an Illustrator applying creative design and insight to visual storytelling for impactful outreach.Its been 12 years understanding applied physics and engineering around the world in daily life through the intersection of optics, lasers, and electronics.These complex ideas often remain out of reach for wider audiences.Through my practice, I focus on translating these highly technical concepts into visual narratives that are clear, engaging, and user-centric.
I have an engineer's mind, a physicist's curiosity and a nature lovers heart.I infuse hand-drawn styles in my design process.Artistically, all my illustration skills are self-taught and constantly growing.
Vanessa is also the founder of Chromatic Drive - since 2026 - and strives to incorporate more visual experiences into education and training.Through this adventure she shares her spark of a deeper connection to the world around us through Photonics, the science of light, and also creates a little something that you can gift to that unnecessarily logical person in your circle. I had this 20 page autograph flip book in school where one of my friends scribbled in,
'Life's a camera. So keep smiling.'Funny how these little things stick sometimes.

It is competitive pricing without compromising on quality. Please send a brief project description, and a personalized price estimate will be provided within 48 hours.
How can I pay ?
Once your project is complete, you will be sent an invoice that you can conveniently pay online by credit card or through PO/wire transfer. Ideally, Chromatic Drive will register as a vendor at universities, ensuring a straightforward and hassle-free payment process.
Can I use the image you design for my proposals, presentations, or books?
The fee includes full copyright transfer to you. Once an image is finalized for you, it’s yours to use as you see fit. I showcase completed images in my portfolio, and there are no additional costs for you to own and use your image wherever you need.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel a project, a 25% cancellation fee is charged after the first draft, a 50% fee after the second draft, and the full price if the project is canceled after the third revision.
These fees cover the time and resources already invested in your project.
